A few years ago, we decided to build a house for our family. We looked in many areas around the southwest suburbs. After hearing about Mora Builder’ great reputation as a custom builder, we looked into what they had to offer.
At that time, Mora had a number of models located in Westgate Valley Estates. We wanted to build a ranch, and they had two models to walk through. It was also at this time that Cypress Point was being put on paper. There were many fine lots in Cypress Point from which to choose, and we decided on a walk-out lot for our new home.
Once we made the decision to work with Mora, we found out how easy it was to work with them. We learned that Mora is indeed a “custom” builder. We had friend who had dealt with “cookie cutter” builders and most had horrible experiences. We found none of that with Mora.
We ultimately decided to go with a combination of the Scottsdale and Phoenix. Patrick was skilled in helping us design our house. Once we had the “plan”, his staff was there to help us make all the necessary decisions… from appliances to flooring, from trim to plumbing fixtures… they were always there to answer questions, five us guidance, and reassure us that we would finish this journey!
All of Mora’s materials were top quality and all their workers are excellent craftsmen.
